This year you will have the option to personalize the cover of your yearbook with your name and school photo!

5th grade baby photos for yearbook:

Attention 5th grade families!

If you would like a baby or toddler photo of your student to be part of the 5th grade section of our yearbook please submit your photo to Amy Goldstein, yearbook chairperson by Friday March 12th. Entries after that will NOT be accepted and will NOT be able to be in the yearbook.

You can email me a copy of the photo at: hageyearbook@yahoo.com

You can scan your photo and put it on a CD and turn it in to your child’s teacher to give to me.

You can submit the photo for me to scan, however it must be wrapped in paper or cardboard and sealed in a ziploc bag to ensure it doesn’t get bent or wet in your student’s backpack. I prefer for you to get me the photo by email or CD, however I understand that not everyone has the ability to duplicate or scan a photo. Please do NOT send in a photo in a frame or a page from a family album.

All photos need to be labeled with student’s name and room number.

CALL FOR PHOTOS FOR YEARBOOK:

ATTENTION HAGE FAMILIES! PHOTOS NEEDED FOR OUR YEARBOOK!

Did you take some great photos of your child or their class this year? Did you capture some happy Hage faces at a holiday party or a field trip? Are you willing to share? If yes, then please consider helping out our yearbook!

The Hage Yearbook is currently collecting photos from all grades to publish in our yearbook. You can submit your photos one of three ways:

*Email me the photos at hageyearbook@yahoo.com

*Put the photos on a CD for me, submit it to your child’s teacher or give to the office staff

*Arrange a time to meet me before or after school with your memory stick or SD card and I will bring my laptop and take your photos directly off your card.

All photos MUST be submitted no later than Friday March 19th. Please make sure you have the grade and room # with your photos.

Our yearbooks will continue to be on sale until spring break. If you haven’t ordered yours it’s not too late- fill out the form from the hagepta.com website and turn it in to the office.
